Gift Card are available for purchase on AMmotorwerkz.com in a range of pre-defined denominations between a minimum of S$5 and a maximum of S$150.

 

Gift Card does not expire.

 

 

The person who makes payment for the Gift Card is considered the buyer (“Buyer”).

 

The person the Buyer chooses to send or give the Gift Card to is considered the recipient (“Recipient”).

 

The Gift Card will be delivered electronically by email. You may indicate at the time of purchase whether the Gift Card should be sent to the Buyer, or, to a Recipient. In all cases, a receipt will be delivered by email to the Buyer.

 

AMMotorwerkz is not responsible for any Gift Card that is undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the Buyer. In order to ensure that delivery information has been entered accurately, we recommend that you check all details prior to finalising your purchase.

 

 

Gift Card may be purchased using debit or credit card. Payment in full must be made before a Gift Card will be issued. Following successful payment, a receipt and the Gift Card will be delivered electronically by email to the address(es) indicated at time of purchase.

 

A valid Gift Card code is required for redemption.

 

Gift Card are redeemable online at AMmotorwerkz.com.

 

Gift Card use may be restricted with certain promotional offers.

 

An AMMotorwerkz Gift Card can be redeemed for the purchase of products on AMmotorwerkz.com. The Gift Card is valid for redemption against the product price, associated taxes, charges and fees which are part of the transaction. 

 

The Gift Card can be used for full or partial payment of a new purchase. If your Gift Card has a value less than the product cost, the difference must be paid with another accepted form of payment for which a service fee may apply. If the Gift Card has a value greater than the booking cost, the remaining Gift Card value will be forfeited.

 

Only one Gift Card may be redeemed in a single transaction or purchase.

 

Gift Card can be issued only in Singapore dollars (“SGD”). If a Gift Card is used for a purchase in a currency other than SGD, the Gift Card value will be converted to that currency using a dynamic currency conversion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gift Card code provided by AMMotorwerkz.

 

All persons who purchase, redeem or attempt to purchase a Gift Card, must have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence at the time when the purchase is completed. You shall be deemed to have the authority to act on behalf of and to bind the person or persons named or included on the Gift Card to these Terms and Conditions. Once your purchase is completed, you are legally bound to complete payment for the total Gift Card value and final price stated. There will be no refunds, credits, modifications or exchanges of the product once your Gift Card has been purchased.

 

Gift Card cannot be resold; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the Gift Card without compensation.

 

AMMotorwerkz reserve the right to refuse, suspend, hold for review or cancel any Gift Card, or purchases paid by Gift Card, for which fraud is suspected, for Gift Card mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for any other violation of the present Terms and Conditions.

 

AMMotorwerkz reserve the right to deactivate or reject any Gift Card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions.

 

To use the service, you have to provide the identification details requested. Your identification details are strictly personal and confidential. AMMotorwerkz takes the necessary organisational and technical measures in order to ensure an adequate use of the service. All information is accessed, managed and stored in a secure way at all times.

 

Gift Card are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties.

 

Unless otherwise provided by any International Convention or any other applicable law, government regulations, orders or requirements these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute will be governed by the courts of Singapore.

 

In all cases, AMMotorwerkz Terms and Conditions will apply to flight bookings paid by Gift Card. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with AMMotorwerkz Privacy Policy and are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any contradiction between the Terms and Conditions in any language other than English language, the Terms and Conditions in the English language shall always prevail.

 

AMMotorwerkz reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you.

 

Gift Card are not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by law.

 

In the event that a transaction or service purchased using a Gift Card is refunded, the value that was originally paid for by the Gift Card will be refunded to a new Gift Card.
