• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 7-days Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@ammotorwerkz.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.

Local Order (Singapore)

• Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information

• You can also log into your AMMotorwerkz account avaliable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your email and password to get a summary of orders placed. You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

• All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days from our store.

• Shipping time varies from courier to courier. Typically for "Standard Delivery" your shipment will delivered within 2-7 working days after your item is shipped.

• The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
• Cash on Delivery is only available in Singapore.

You can indicate the delivery instructions for your AMMotorwerkz Gift Card on the website. Email to yourself: You can choose to receive the AMMotorwerkz Gift Card directly, and give to the recipient personally. 

When will I receive the AMMotorwerkz Gift Card?

 After confirmed payment, your receipt and AMMotorwerkz Gift Card will be issued and sent via email within the next 1 hour.

How long is the AMMotorwerkz Gift Card valid?

 AMMotorwerkz Gift Cards does not expire from the time of purchase. 

Is there a fee charged for a gift card purchase?

 No fees are charged for your purchase. You only have to pay the total AMMotorwerkz Gift Card value you want to purchase.

Does the recipient have to be the person using the AMMotorwerkz Gift Card?

 No, AMMotorwerkz Gift Cards are not nominative. Please make sure you keep the voucher code(s) safe, as once redeemed, AMMotorwerkz is unable to reverse the redemption.

What if I did not receive any email for my AMMotorwerkz Gift Card?

 Please check as the email may have landed in your spam folder. If not, please contact our us and provide your purchase reference number.

Can I modify the value of a AMMotorwerkz Gift Card once it is issued?

 No, once a AMMotorwerkz Gift Card is issued, it cannot be modified or cancelled. AMMotorwerkz Gift Card are not refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Where can I redeem a AMMotorwerkz Gift Card?

 AMMotorwerkz Gift Card can be used on AMMotorwerkz.com.

What can I use my AMMotorwerkz Gift Card for?

 An AMMotorwerkz Gift Card can be redeemed for the purchase of products on AMMotorwerkz.com. 

What if the value of my AMMotorwerkz Gift Card is more than the price of my purchase? Can I receive a refund of the remaining balance?

 No, there is no refund for a remaining balance. Please also note that the Gift Card cannot be used for another purchase or transaction and that any remaining value will be forfeited.

What if the value of my AMMotorwerkz Gift Card is less than the price of my booking?

 If the value of AMMotorwerkz Gift Card does not cover the entire booking, the remaining balance must be paid with credit card. Please note that processing fees may apply for credit card payment.

How many vouchers can I redeem per booking?

 You can redeem up to one voucher per booking.

Checking the status of your order

You can track the status of your order by accessing your account on ammotorwerkz.com. Please allow 1-3 business days to package and process your order. Once the order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Track Shipment

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes your carrier, estimated delivery date and, if available, a carrier tracking number.

You can also view shipping and delivery information here with your email and password. Click on your order number and the window will display the item's tracking number, shipping address and a link to track order. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item. Alternatively, click here to track your shipment with your tracking number.

AMMotorwerkz Account: On the Your Orders page, an order status message displays above each of your items. Order status messages include:

• Paid - We’ve received your order and payment information.
• Unfulfilled - We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. You can still make changes to the order at this point.
• Fulfilled - Your order has been shipped! We’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order. You can log in your AMMotorwerkz Account to follow your package online. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment.

If the item(s) on your order are not in Shipped or Fulfilled status, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order, to cancel an order or item contact us immediately.

Once you've submitted your cancel request, the status message of the item(s) will read "Cancelled". You will not be billed for these items.

Shipping tracking information may not yet be available for your package; it will be available within the next 24 hours after our logistic partners have updated their records.

However, you can still check your order status through your AMMotorwerkz account.

AMMotorwerkz Account allow you to view or edit your order, click here and log in with your email and password.

You may do the following in your account page.

• Track a shipment
• Edit shipping information
• View order history
• Print an invoice

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can view and print invoices for your item(s). To view or print your invoice, log in to online your AMMotorwerkz Account and click your order number. Alternatively, you may check your email for invoice of your order. If you need assistance with viewing or printing your invoice, please contact us.

At AMMotorwerkz we value our customer feedback. If you have any feedback, do not hesitate to sent it to info@ammotorwerkz.com.

Some carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. The courier will call, send you an email/sms or leave a delivery advice on your doorstep advising that they were unable to deliver your order. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address.

In case of any problems with your delivery, AMMotorwerkz will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call us.

IF YOUR ITEM HAS AN UNFULFILLED STATUS, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO EDIT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. 

Active orders - Contact us immediately to edit a shipping address.

Future orders - Log in your AMMotorwerkz Account with your email and password to edit your shipping address for future orders.
